Our roof was very old and had been damaged from the past 3 or so storms that rolled through, Tim had stopped by a couple of times and after the last time, we spoke and had recieved enough damage to make a claim to replace. He walked me through the process, met with me when the insurrance adjuster came and was very thorough and upfront about the process, costs, and upgrades. The crewed showed up very early on the date of install, placed tarps around and moved things on our deck that were in the way and then got the roof done and cleaned up by lunch time! Tim kramer was great to work with, we are very pleased with the entire process, especially the final product. Would highly recommended to anyone needing a new roof or storm repair!
