Top notch Professionals! Jason Graham and Gino Vignolo kept everything on track and were great to work with. Jason and Gino answered all my questions, were very polite and professional. Tim came to the house and explained everything that needed to happen and why. Then he met with our insurance agent, climbed on the roof, and they went over it together. It wound up that I needed a complete new roof. Tim scheduled the trash container, labor, and clean up around my schedule. Start to finish = 1 Day! I was very impressed with the quality and service of Regal Roofing. Excellent job Tim!
Our roof was very old and had been damaged from the past 3 or so storms that rolled through, Tim had stopped by a couple of times and after the last time, we spoke and had recieved enough damage to make a claim to replace. He walked me through the process, met with me when the insurrance adjuster came and was very thorough and upfront about the process, costs, and upgrades. The crewed showed up very early on the date of install, placed tarps around and moved things on our deck that were in the way and then got the roof done and cleaned up by lunch time! Tim kramer was great to work with, we are very pleased with the entire process, especially the final product. Would highly recommended to anyone needing a new roof or storm repair!
